Recently, a multicultural event brought together people from various communities of Nepal to celebrate Eid-Ul-Fitra and conclude the fasting month of Ramadan at Labim Mall.

Dubbed  Namaste Eid 2018, the event invited people to witness the beauty of Islamic culture and spread the message of brotherhood and unity, which are at the heart of the celebrations.

The programme put on display various stalls consisting of halal outlets and henna artists to perfume and apparel stalls that by and large represented the Muslim culture. Attended by about 4,000 people, the event also consisted of musical and dance performances along with  the Modern Hijab Fashion Show.

The annual programme is its second iteration and stands as the largest celebration of the Eid festival till date in Nepal.
