CIAA lodges case against school principal

The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed a case against Ashok Kumar Yadav, principal of Saptari-based school, on charge of embezzling Rs 2.95 million, at the special Court on Monday.
The CIAA filed corruption case against Yadav, principal of Bishariya-4 based Mahabir Secondary School, alleging him of embezzling Rs.2, 986,000.
The CIAA has demanded arrest of Yadav according to Article 17.3 of Anti-Corruption Act 2059.
CIAA spokesperson Shreedhar Sapkota informed that the commission has demanded that Yadav be fined with the amount that he had misappropriated.
