Marking the 104th international women's day, the network staged the sit-in demanding justice for the women who were raped and sexually abused during the 10 years long conflict, said programme coordinator Shristi Kolakshyapati.
This is the second phase of the protest programme and will continue further ahead as the government has not been sensitive towards a heinous crime like rape, Kolakshyapati said.
The network has been calling for justice to the victims of sexual violence as per international standard with the formation of a national committee.
