However, as many as 463 yarsagumba pickers were rescued by helicopter on Friday and Saturday.
Deputy Superintendent of Police at the Armed Police Base Camp, Santosh Basnet, said that more than 3,500 people had gone to collect yarsagumba. Of them, some have already returned home, he added.
Meanwhile, four foreigners stranded at Simigaun are yet to be rescued. RSS
