CPN-UML secretary Pradip Gyawali has said that the SC's stay order on the 16 point agreement signed by four major political parties was objectionable as it affects the constitution drafting process.
Speaking in a press meet organized by the Press Chautari, Kaski Chapter today, leader Gyawali added that the SC's stay order was strange, controversial, one-sided and dramatic by forgetting its jurisdiction.
He further pointed out the need of making provision of impeachment against the SC judges in the new constitution even to check the arbitrary attitude and absurdity of the courts.
The UML secretary added that the new constitution would be formulated within mid-July and the new government would be formed by that time. He even clarified that the CPN (UML) would lead the new government.
