Speaker Subas Nembang made a ruling on budget asking the concerned ministries to submit their details at the earliest.

The budget for 2014-15 that was passed on July 14 has not yet been discussed in the Parliament due to failure on the part of ministries to submit necessary documents to Parliament Secretariat.

The implementation of development projects will be affected if the budget is not approved by the parliament in time.

On July 16, the Parliament had unanimously passed the vote on Account Bill in order to run the country until the appropriation bill was approved.
