Ktm-Bhaktapur road complete

The rehabilitation work included closure of crack gaps and reconstruction of pavement structure and water proofing works for pavement surface cracks. The rehabilitation work started on July 14 and was completed on September 6 with total cost of Rs72 million.
Government of Japan supported in the construction of this particular road from November 2008 to April 2011 in which approximately 9.1 km segment was upgraded to four lanes from two.
The construction work was carried out by Japanese consultant Nippon Koei and Nepalese contractor Swachanda Nirman Sewa Private Limited.
