This is the second time big three invited Madhes-centric parties for negotiations. The parties are planning to officially invite the Madhesi parties through a press conference later today evening.

The three-party’s decision comes soon after the Indian Foreign Secretary S Jaishankar visited Nepal as a special envoy to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
