Nepalgunj Appellate Court has sought details from the local administration on criteria and process for the distribution of fuel, medicine and daily essentials. 

 After conducting a hearing on a writ filed for controlling the black marketing, the court has summoned a representative from local administration within November 26 with necessary details. The court has asked the administration to come up with the ongoing efforts and future plans. 

The writ was filed against the chief district officer and regional chief of Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) following intense debate between officials of local administration and NOC over distribution of fuel.
