The Indian SSB fired their weapons at Dasgaja area east of Bhantabari in Hariharpur VDC-7 today morning at 6 am. Security sources have informed that Ashok Yadav, Naresh Yadav, Manoj Yadav and Saroj Yadav of Hariharpur were injured during the incident.
The injured have been brought to Inaruwa District Hospital and BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences for further treatment.
Chief District Officer Ravilal Pantha confirmed about the incident saying that stray bullets that was fired by the Indian SSB during a dispute with a carrier driver, who was hauling fertiliser, caught the locals.
DSP Sanjay Raj Sharma said that further investigation is underway regarding the incident.
