Inaugurating the third national convention of Nepal National Employees' Organisation here on Sunday, Chairman Dahal said some of the issues raised by the Madhesi political parties would be addressed through the amendment of the constitution.
He further said a decisive dialogue would be held between the agitating parties and the main political parties on Monday. "We should immediately forge consensus on the issues of inclusion and proportional representation," he said, adding that a positive result would come within few days.
Moreover, the UCPN (Maoist) Chairman said the blockade has taught Nepalis how to be self-reliant and helped pave foundation for the better economy. Time has come for all Nepalis to solve internal problems and concentrate on economic prosperity.
On a different note, he said the party he was leading was the new force, so the activities going on in the name of new force are baseless.
According to him, development of political party does not see usual track.
On the occasion, Deputy Prime Minister and Energy Minister Top Bahadur Rayamajhi said the India's blockade to Nepal was against international law.
Also the secretary of the UCPN (Maoist), DPM Rayamajhi said Baburam Bhattarai's walkout from the party was a deception to people.
Similarly, Minister for General Administration Rekha Sharma said although the political transition has come to an end with the promulgation of the new constitution, administrative transition has begun.
