The demise of Nepali Congress (NC) President Sushil Koirala has plunged his home district Banke into mourning.

 Koirala’s younger sister-in-law Kiran was preparing to leave for Kathmandu along with two other family members. 

Party cadres and well-wishers have gathered at party office and his residence in Nepalgunj to express their grief.
