6 silver medals in Wushu for Nepal

Goley came second scoring 17.62 points to India’s Gyanendra Singh who scored 18.53 points in the Talou category in the final held at Rising Sun Sports complex in Shillong, India.
Likewise, 22-year old Sabita settled for a silver medal with 17.71 points. Sabita's coash and officials protested the decision saying that Sabita was given less points despite her good performance in the second round.
Indian player Santombu Chanu secured gold with 18.62 and Pakistan's Komal Emmanuel scored 14.16 points to take the bronze medal.
Similarly, Jharna had to settle for the silver medal after being defeated by India's Yumnam Santhoi 2-0 in the finals under Sanshou 52 kg weight category.
Likewise, Juni Rai also was able to grab the silver medal after being defeated by Indias Kesisam Arunpamadevi in the 60 kg division.
Also, Bindu Pun Magar also secured a silver medal for Nepal after facing defeat from India's Puja Kadian under the Sanshou category in the 70 kg weight division.
In men's Sanshou 56 kg weight division final, Nepal's Rajesh Chaudhary lost to India's Ravi Panchaal 2-0.
Nepali Wushu players are vying for 4 other gold medal spots later today.
