The water level at Fewa Lake in Pokhara has been decreasing as there has been no rainfall in the region for months.
The ongoing draught conditions have continued to lower the water level as water sources feeding the lake is also drying up.
The main rivulets—Khahare and Harpan—that feed water to the famous lake have also dried up due to prolonged drought.
