President Bidya Devi Bhandari has appointed Rishi Ram Ghimire as the Ambassador to Russia.
A press release issued by the President's Office on Friday stated that President Bhandari appointed Ghimire to the post on the recommendation of the Cabinet in accordance with Article 282 of the Constitution. RSS
