Another supplementary application has been filed at the Supreme Court against suspended Chief Commissioner of Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority, Lokman Singh Karki.

Advocate Om Prakash Aryal registered the application at the Apex court on Friday seeking the court’s interim order to terminate all facilities to Karki and suspend him from work.

“He should be stripped of residential facility provided by the government, security, and his financial transactions should be kept under scrutiny as he could misuse them to obstruct the judicial process,” said advocate Aryal.

Aryal further accused Karki of using police to retaliate SC team, who were at his house to paste the court summons. “Allowing security facility to him is risky,” said Aryal.

The application seeks suspension of Karki, stating that he has obstructed judicial activites, did not cooperate with the court and could attempt to destroy the evidences against him.
