A 19-member cricket team is representing Nepal in the Under-19 Asia Cup to be held in Sri Lanka this month.
The team playing for the country in the tournament was announced by a selection committee comprising International Cricket Council's Development Officer for the Asia region Venkatapathy Raju, Nepal's U-19 main coach Jagat Tamata and coach Binod Das.
Sandip Lamichhane is the captain of the team that includes Abinash Karna, Asif Sheikh, Dipendra Singh Airi, Sandip Sunar, Rabindra Jung Shahi, Aadil Khan, Bhim Sarki, Anil Kumar Shaha, Pawan Sarraff, Suwarnakar Uraw, Kamal Singh Airi, Nandan Yadav, Prakash KC and Rohit Kumar Poudel.
Shahab Alam, Kishor Mahato, Bikram Bhusal and Sushant Thapa are the extra players. RSS
