The meeting would be held at the Parliament building in New Baneshwor.
The government on Monday had announced to conduct the local level elections on May 14—after a gap of two decades.
The local polls were last held in 1997.
Hours after the government announced the date for local bodies elections, the Samyukta Loktantrik Madhesi Morcha, an alliance of seven Madhes-based parties, unveiled a month-long protest programme including Tarai banda.
The Prime Minister had called the all-party meeting to discuss issues related to the elections with all the political parties, it has been learnt.
Meanwhile, issuing a notice, the Legislature-Parliament meeting scheduled for today has been postponed for tomorrow.
Speaker Onsari Gharti Magar has called the meeting for 1 pm tomorrow.
