Deputy leader of the CPN-UML Parliamentary Party Subas Nembang alleged the government of trying to postpone the second phase of the local level elections under various pretexts.
Leader Nembang opined that it was irresponsible on the part of Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal to resign at a time when their demands should have been take seriously.
Likewise, leader Nembang said that his party will allow President Bidya Devi Bhandari to present the government’s plans and policies during today's Legislature-Parliament meeting. He said the UML will obstruct the House meet immediately after the presentation of policies.
Similarly, former House speaker said that UML will not be a part of any upcoming government unless given mandate by the people through election adding that no matter which party secured maximum seats in the first phase of the local polls, it was the victory of the people.
