"I have been to every province where the second round local election is being conducted and also participated in the interaction and discussions of the security bodies there. The security plan of every district and polling centre has been revised and there is no fear taking part in the election," he explained.
The Home Minister also believed that the local level election would open the door to positive competition for the country's development and the people were very much eager to participate in this historic event.
He also urged all the political parties and election candidates to strictly abide by the silent period which has already come into force.
