Nawalparsi
Low voter turnout has been reported in a polling centre in Pratappur Village Council from Nawalparasi following the threat from Rastriya Janata Party Nepal which hasn’t participated in the poll formally.
Only 68 out of 985 voters have cast their vote by 11am in the polling centre stationed at local Janajagriti School located nearby the residence of RJPN senior leader Hrideyash Tripathi.
Though there is high presence of public nearby the polling station they haven’t showed up for the vote.
Similarly, the turn is low even in two other polling stations; Bedauli of the same village council and ward-2 of the Sarawal Village Council.
