He said so while making public the decision taken by a party secretariat meeting amid a press conference in the Capital on Sunday.
Claiming that the directly elected executive chief would be better for ensuring stability, promoting development and national unity, the Maoist supremo said that the party would raise the demand of directly elected executive chief once again.
Likewise, the former Prime Minister Dahal said that the party would put forth a proposal for re-unification with Baburam Bhattarai, Mohan Baidya and Netra Bikram Chand-led parties.
Meanwhile, he said that the Cabinet will be expanded on Monday after the conclusion of Nepali Congress (NC) Central Working Committee meeting.
“We have finalised the names of ministers,” leader Dahal said, adding, “Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba had told me to expand the Cabinet after the conclusion of his party's Central Working Committee meeting. I agreed to his request.”
