The apex court on Sunday started recording statements from Kantipur members who have been made defendants in the case. Chairman and Managing Director of Kantipur Media Group Kailash Sirohiya, Kantipur Editor-in-Chief Sudheer Sharma and reporter Krishna Gyawali had reached the apex court at 10am on Monday.
The team returned after marking their attendance in the court. Kantipur members will reach the court on Tuesday again for their statements. The SC on Sunday heard from Kantipur Publications Director Swastika Sirohiya. A division bench of Justices Bam Kumar Shrestha and Damber Bahadur Shahi has been hearing the case against Kantipur.
