Chasing 190-run target to win, Nepal were bowled out for 144 in the 45th over.
Sompal Kami made the highest runs with 36 on board. Dipendra Singh Airee (25) and Paras Khadka (22) were the other big scorers for Nepal.
Roelof van der Merwe took four wickets for the Dutch side.
Earlier winning toss and batting first, Netherlands posted a total of 189 for nine with Bas de Leede scoring 39 runs while Max O’Dowd also contributing 28 runs. Pieter Seelaar and Shane Snater scored 23 runs each late on.
Sompal Kami took four wickets for Nepal. Spinners Sandip Lamichhane and Lalit Narayan Rajbanshi had two each.
