Mar 28, 2018-
Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that the government would adopt a policy to fight against mismanagement to fulfill the necessities of people.
“This government will not work in a normal way. It won’t work with ordinary policy and speed like in the past. The working procedure will be unusual,” he said, while addressing the 7th Convention of General Federation Nepalese Trade Union (GEFONT) organised in Kathmandu on Wednesday. “Now the government will bring new policies to fight all kinds of mismanagement,” he added.
PM Oli said that the government would present itself in an aggressive manner prior to unveiling its annual policies and programmes.
“The government plans and policies will be made public on June 29. Our attack will start from April 14,” he said, adding, “That attack will start from Karnali region.”
PM Oli, who is also the Chairman of CPN-UML, said the government will strive to gain economic prosperity, and end corruption, and illiteracy.
“The Karnali Province has decided to celebrate 2075 as tourism year. I will reach Rara on April 12 to be the first tourist of the province. I will announce the tourism year from that place,” he said, adding, “I will take five students to a school to admit them. I will appeal everyone to admit the education deprived children to school on that day.”
He claimed that no one will hear the news of people dying of bone-chilling cold and hunger from the next winter season.
GEFONT President Bishnu Rimal underscored the need to fix the minimum wage of workers at Rs 15,000 per month to create employment in the country.
