The Voice of Nepal, the Nepali edition of the international reality singing competition The Voice, which is slated to air this July, has collaborated with the fashion brand Capsule 9. Prahlad Singh Mahat of the organisers ANC and Deepak Chandra Sharma of Capsule 9 signed the deal on Monday amid a function held in the Capital.

The function also saw the unveiling of a T-shirt labelled with the logos of both the companies.

The Voice has so far been hosted in 192 nations around the world. The Nepali version of the show will be judged by a panel including singers Deep Shrestha, Abhaya Subba, Pramod Kharel and Sonup Poudel.

The reality show is directed by Laxman Poudel, who also directed Nepal Idol. The winner of the competition will be felicitated as the Voice of the Nation. The winner will win a purse of Rs 25,00,000, a new car, a video album contract worth Rs 20,00,000, and a world tour coupon.

Likewise, many episodes will find way to The Voice Global which is a video channel that archives videos worldwide and shares them.

The show will be hosted by Sushil Nepal and will air on Kantipur TV HD.
