A statement issued by the embassy on Monday stated that all services including issuance of motor vehicle permits, registration certificates for Indian nationals, and attestation of documents, among other miscellaneous services (birth/death registrations) being rendered by Biratnagar-based camp office of Indian Embassy will cease with effect from 1st August.
The embassy has urged the service seekers to contact its office in Kathmandu for any services that were provided by the Biratnagar office.
The camp office in Biratnagar was opened in 2008 to deal with the situation arising out of devastating Koshi floods.
