A person has been arrested for raping a teenage girl in Kapilvastu district.
According to the police, Khem Bahadur BK of Karauwa in Shivaraj Municipality-1 was arrested, on Wednesday night, for allegedly raping a 13-year-old girl.
The police have filed rape charges against BK and investigation into the matter are underway.
