Police on Thursday arrested two Indians for possession of controlled drugs from Thankot, Chandragiri Municipality-7 in Kathmandu. They were found possessing 695 ampoules of diazepam, 696 ampoules of morphine, and 495 ampoules of Phenergan, police said.
Police caught the duo with the drugs during a security check on a car bearing Indian registration number plate (BR 1 AH 6908) heading towards Thankot from Kalanki. The drugs were hidden in a bad inside the car. Police have launched further investigation into the case.
