People talk about the law of attraction, but my life seems to have been ruined by distractions. The law of attraction demands that you have a clear goal, and that you consistently focus all your energy on achieving it. Further, it requires that one clears the clutter of negativity in one’s minds, but my mind seems to be full of it. Nobody seems to have taught me that I should have a clear goal, and I never made one for myself. I just floated with the wind. In other words, I followed my whims for which I am paying a heavy price.

The world is changing, and so should the education system in Nepal. Needless to say, there have been changes as compared to the past. We have shifted from giving the exam results in numbers and percentages to GPA (grade point average).

Have you ever fasted? If not, maybe you should try it. As for me, I have fasted for seven days, eating one meal only in the evening and drinking a cup of tea or milk twice during the day. That was an amazing experience. It was about six years ago. When you fast, it may be prudent to have a purpose. Fasting just for the sake of fasting may not be that rewarding. Let me explain why I fasted for seven days and what I achieved.
