of college going age going abroad for foreign employment. This campaign is

aimed at checking the dropout rate and supporting the needy students,” Acharya said.

The campus has formed a committee to oversee the campaign. It will prepare lists of the needy students and donors, and work as a coordinating body between them.

Mahalaxmi Mahat, who lives in the United States, has offered Rs 250,000 to the campaign while every member of the campus board has pledged to foot the tuition expense of a student each.

Secretary of Nepal Karate Federation Kedar Babu Siwakoti, human rights activist Hom Pathak and local businessman Santosh Kunwar have also announced to support three students.
