Morcha leaders said the meeting would analyse the course that national politics would take with the change in leadership of the Nepali Congress and their way forward.
Leaders of the regional parties said the meeting would also decide what to include in a memorandum that they expect to submit to Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli next week.
Morcha plans to give the PM an ultimatum to address the remaining concerns of the Madhesi and other communities. Madhesi leaders have warned of stern protests if the government and the major parties fail to address their concerns including the revision to the federal boundaries.
Morcha has refused to support the political mechanism formed to work out the details of federal restructuring expressing concerns over its framework and the terms of reference. Morcha has demanded statutory status for the mechanism and a clear pledge of two provinces along the Tarai plains.
