The United Nations World Food Programme organised a photo exhibition titled Moving Mountains on April 2 at the Siddhartha Art Gallery (SAG), Babarmahal in the Capital. 

The exhibition, which has on display 48 photographs by Zoie Jones, James Giambrone and Samir Jung Thapa, was inaugurated by Sushil Gyawali, Chief Executive Officer of the National Reconstruction Authority. At the event, Gyawali addressed important issues on rebuilding and restoring the livelihood of earthquake-affected victims of Nepal. The exhibition marks the culmination of World Food Programme’s work in  the aftermath of the quakes. The photos on display shows the immediate humanitarian help victims received during the state of emergency. The exhibition will continue till April 8.
