Nepali Congress General Secretary Shashank Koirala has said that the largest party has the responsibility of resolving the problems facing the country. 

Speaking at an NC cadres’ training in Bhaktapur on Saturday, Koirala said his party would take initiatives to resolve the pressing problems. 

He said that the NC, the main opposition party, would not push the country towards instability. It would, however, make efforts to find political consensus for implementing the new constitution.
