Addressing the second phase of the 22nd convocation of Kathmandu University in Kavre on Monday, the PM said the country needs unity and political stability to end the transitional period.
“We have to address the issues of constitution in the right time,” said Dahal,
calling on the graduates to lead the country towards progress.
At the ceremony, 1,285 students of bachelor and master levels got the degrees. The KU has formed a committee to appoint a new vice-chancellor as the tenure of incumbent VC Dr Ramkantha Makaju ends on December 11. The three-member taskforce is chaired by Education Minister and KU Pro-chancellor Dhaniram Poudel.
